Recently, Rick Yarling, was inducted as an honorary faculty member to The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University. Dr. Ron Cichy, Dean of the School of Hospitality Business, awarded the honorary position during the Annual Past Chairman’s Dinner held March 3, 2005.

As an honorary faculty member, Yarling will serve as a guest lecturer to undergraduate and graduate students focusing on the areas of hotel design, construction and project management. His comprehensive industry experience will provide future hotelier’s insight into how hotels are programmed, designed and constructed. Yarling will also share information about the working dynamics that occur when managing architects, engineers, designers, and contractors during a renovation or new build project.
