This year, R.A. Yarling & Company is celebrating its tenth year
in business, and the firm has recently completed its 400th project.
This premier,
single-source, project management and owners representative company
specializes in hotel renovations and new hotel construction. It
is owned and operated by Rick Yarling, a seasoned veteran of the
hospitality industry who also serves as company president.

thrilling to reach each of these milestones," says Yarling. "If
someone had told me ten years ago that we would be completing projects

The firm is
currently representing the interests of Apple REIT Companies in
the construction of 13 new hotels, including full service and select
service brands for Marriott International Inc. and the Hilton Hotels
Group in Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
The projects are valued at over $92 million.

representative and project management consultant, we provide single-source
accountability to property owners throughout the construction process.
This provides assurance that when the deal is closed, they are not
overpaying and assuming excessive business risk or future liability
because of poor construction," Yarling explains.
